INGREDIENTS

3Eggs
2CupSugar
1Tsp.Vanilla
3CupFlour
1Tsp.Salt
1-1/4Tsp.Cinnamon
1Tsp.Baking Soda
1CupNuts
3CupApples - Diced
Extra Sugar & Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 300° F.
In one bowl, mix together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
In a second bowl, sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Then add to first bowl.
Add nuts and apples.
Grease and flour loaf pans.
Bake at 300° F. for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.Test for doneness with toothpick.
