INGREDIENTS

Egg Nodles

Mushrooms

Beef Stock

Small Onion

diced

Tbsp.
olive oil

cloves
Garlic

Smoked Paprika

Tbsp.
Water

Tbsp.
Cornstarch

Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper

Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add noodles and continue boiling until al denté. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the Oil over medium-high heat in a large sauté pan.
Add the Mushrooms and season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
Add the Onions and Garlic. Cook until Onions are translucent.
Add the Ground Beef, break/crumble, and cook until all pink is gone.
Stir in the Smoked Paprika.
Add the beef stock and Noodles. Stir together and cover with lid. Simmer for
15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, make a slurry of Cornstarch and Water.
Lower the heat on the Beef and Noodles. Then mix in the slurry. Stir until thickened.
Add the Sour Cream and mix until incorporated.
Taste and season generously with more Salt and Pepper.
Garnish with parsley.
