INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F
. Grease a standard muffin pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until all are evenly incorporated.
Divide this mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing it down slightly to compact it.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes
, or until the meatloaves are cooked through and browned on top.
Let the muffin pan rest for a few minutes.
Carefully remove the loaves from the muffin pan and serve hot.
