Pork Chop Rub
The perfect dry rub for tender, juicy Chops - Oven Baked or Air Fried. A taste to please every palette.

INGREDIENTS

Brown Sugar

Italian Seasoning

Garlic Powder

Salt and Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 4 spices in a small Mixing Bowl to make the Rub.
Apply Salt and Pepper
to taste. Pat to set S & P firmly on chop.
Coat Chops with a thin coating of cooking oil.
Apply Rub liberally to both sides of the Pork Chops.
Oven Bake or Air Fry to 145°F.
Notes
If Garlic isn't your thing, substitute Onion Powder.
The recipe makes enough for 4 - 6 Chops.
Store extra in a shaker-topped glass spice bottle.
