INGREDIENTS
4Fish fillets - approx. 1 ½ lb
1 ½cupsRegular or Panko Breadcrumbs
2tsp.Paprika
¼cupEVOO
½tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Pepper
1Lemon - wedged or sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F. (Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F.)
Line baking sheet or Air Fryer with parchment paper.
Put the Breadcumbs and Paprika into a shallow bowl or plate.
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Rub on all sides with the oil, salt and pepper.
Dredge the each fillets in the breadcrumbs, pressing to coat thoroughly on both sides. Then place on the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 10-12 minutes (8-10 minutes for Air Fryer) or until fish flakes easily and breading is Golden Brown. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Garnish with lemon and Serve.
Notes
Cooked Fish will keep for 2 to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat over low-medium heat in a skillet. (Microwave is NOT recommended.) Cooked Fish may be frozen for up to a month but the texture will deteriorate.Air Fryers vary in Cooking times. Flip Fish half way and watch carefully for doneness. Breading should be golden Brown.
