INGREDIENTS
1Unbaked Pillsbury Pie Crust
Filling
4Large Apples - Fuji
½cupSugar
1tsp.Cinnamon
Crumb Topping
½cupSugar
¾cupAP Flour
⅓cupButter
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line Pie Pan with Pie Crust, trimming excess with sharp knife and rippling the edge between your forefinger and thumb.
Pie Filling
Peel and slice apples into bite sized pieces.
Arrange Apple pieces in Pie. Sprinkle with ½ cup sugar mixed with Cinnamon.
Crumb Topping
Combine remaining ½ cup Sugar and Flour. Cut in Butter with a Pastry Blender until you achieve a crumbly texture and spread the topping evenly over the pie.
Bake at 450°F. for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 350°F. and bake for additional 40 minutes.
