- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic - Minced

- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- Green Onions - Chopped (For Garnish)
- Cooked Rice - For Serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate The Beef
- Place Beef In a bowl. Add 1 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce, Cornstarch, and a small pinch of Sugar. Mix thoroughly to evenly coat. Allow the Beef to rest for 10+ minutes.
Prepare The Sauce
- Combine the remaining Soy, Oyster, and Hoisin Sauce, Water, and Sugar In a bowl. Set Aside.
- Sauté the Onions until translucent.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. of Vegetable Oil In a Lg. pan or Wok over medium-high heat. Add the Onions and stir-fry for 5 minutes until caramelized. Remove the Onions from the pan and set aside.
Cook The Beef
- To the same pan, add the remaining Oil and increase the heat slightly. Add the Beef in a single layer. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the Beef is browned and just cooked through. Add the minced Garlic and Ginger, stirring constantly for about 1 minute until fragrant. Do not overcook the Beef, making it tough.
Combine And Serve
- Return the Onions to the pan. Pour in the Sauce and toss everything together. Allow the Sauce to thicken slightly and coat the ingredients evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot over cooked Rice. Garnish with chopped Green Onions.
