Hamburgers with Cheese

  • 9" Sq. Glass Baking Dish
  • Large Mixing Bowl

INGREDIENTS 

Burgers

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • ¼ cup Parsley - chopped fresh
  • 1 large Egg

Herbs

  • 2 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper - optional, for mild heat

Other

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease the baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine Ground Beef, Cheddar, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Parsley, Egg, Herbs, and Cayenne Pepper (if using). Add Worcestershire Sauce and mix until evenly blended — moist but not sticky. Do not over-mix. It will make the burgers tough.
  • Shape into 3 inch round patties – 1 inch thick.
  • Arrange patties in the baking dish and drizzle lightly with Olive Oil.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until browned. (155°F internal temp.)
  • remove from oven, cover with foil, and rest for a few minutes to finish cooking while staying juicy.
