Hamburgers with Cheese
Ground Beef mixed with Cheddar, Parmesan, and Herbs. Juicy, cheesy,
and golden — comfort food made easy.

Equipment
- 9" Sq. Glass Baking Dish
- Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS
Burgers
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese - grated
- ¼ cup Parsley - chopped fresh
- 1 large Egg
Herbs
- 2 cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper - optional, for mild heat
Other
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease the baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine Ground Beef, Cheddar, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Parsley, Egg, Herbs, and Cayenne Pepper (if using). Add Worcestershire Sauce and mix until evenly blended — moist but not sticky. Do not over-mix. It will make the burgers tough.
- Shape into 3 inch round patties – 1 inch thick.
- Arrange patties in the baking dish and drizzle lightly with Olive Oil.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until browned. (155°F internal temp.)
- remove from oven, cover with foil, and rest for a few minutes to finish cooking while staying juicy.
