1cupCheddar Cheese - shredded
½cupBreadcrumbs
¼cupParmesan Cheese - grated
¼cupParsley - chopped fresh
1large Egg
Herbs
2clovesGarlic - minced
1tspOnion Powder
1tspSalt
½tspBlack Pepper
½tspPaprika
¼tspCayenne Pepper - optional, for mild heat

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease the baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine Ground Beef, Cheddar, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Parsley, Egg, Herbs, and Cayenne Pepper (if using). Add Worcestershire Sauce and mix until evenly blended — moist but not sticky. Do not over-mix. It will make the burgers tough.
Shape into 3 inch round patties - 1 inch thick.
Arrange patties in the baking dish and drizzle lightly with Olive Oil.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until browned. (155°F internal temp.)
