Crescent Sausage Rolls
A simple, no fuss delight that will have everyone fighting for the last roll.Difficulty: Easy

Equipment
- Medium Skillet
- Medium Bowl
- Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. Crescent Roll Dough - 8 oz.
- ½ lb. Breakfast Sausage - ground
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese - softened
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- 1 Egg - beaten – for egg wash
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the Sausage over medium heat until crumbled, browned, and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked Sausage with the softened Cream Cheese and Cheddar Cheese.
- Unroll the Crescent Roll Dough. Separate it into triangles and spoon 1/8 of the mixture onto the wide end of each triangle (about 1 Tbsp.).
- Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, tucking in the filling (but not the dough) as you roll. Place the Croissants on the baking sheet.
- Brush each with the beaten Egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
