Cheddar Cheese

beaten - for egg wash
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F
and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook the Sausage over medium heat until crumbled, browned, and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the cooked Sausage with the softened Cream Cheese and Cheddar Cheese.
Unroll the Crescent Roll Dough. Separate it into triangles and spoon 1/8 of the mixture onto the wide end of each triangle (about 1 Tbsp.).
Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end, tucking in the filling (but not the dough) as you roll. Place the Croissants on the baking sheet.
Brush each with the beaten Egg for a golden finish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes,
or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm and enjoy!
