Potato Wedges

Golden, crispy potato wedges tossed in garlic, herbs, and melted Parmesan. A great side dish for any entrée.

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Rimmed Baking Sheet

INGREDIENTS… 

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper - (Optional, to taste)
  • Parsley - for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Wash and cut Potatoes into Wedges
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss Potatoes with Oil, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
  • Spread on a rimmed baking tray. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan for the last 10 minutes
  • Garnish with Parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Keep the kitchen cool and use your Air Fryer to bake these delicious wedges.  375°F for 15 Minutes or until fork tender.
