Chicken in Butter Sauce

INGREDIENTS… 

For Buttery Noodles

  • 2 cups Bowtie Pasta
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper

For Chicken

  • 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - cut into short strips.
  • 1 Tbsp. EVOO
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley - (optional garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cook the Pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the Chicken pieces with Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper then add to the skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove the Chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium.
  • Melt the Butter and then stir in the Cream and Garlic Powder.
  • Add the Parmesan Cheese and whisk gently until smooth.
  • Add the cooked Pasta and toss until evenly coated.
  • Plate the Pasta alongside the Chicken strips.
  • Garnish with Chopped Parsley if desired.
