Chicken in Butter Sauce

INGREDIENTS…
For Buttery Noodles
- 2 cups Bowtie Pasta
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
For Chicken
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - cut into short strips.
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley - (optional garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the Pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the Chicken pieces with Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper then add to the skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove the Chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Melt the Butter and then stir in the Cream and Garlic Powder.
- Add the Parmesan Cheese and whisk gently until smooth.
- Add the cooked Pasta and toss until evenly coated.
- Plate the Pasta alongside the Chicken strips.
- Garnish with Chopped Parsley if desired.
