INGREDIENTS

AP Flour

cup
Milk

Tbsp.
Dry Instant Yeast

oz.
Butter

(1 stick)

Sugar

Eggs

tsp.
Salt

Raisins
Oil

(to pre-coat pans)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 100° to 125°F (Just warm).
Melt Butter in Warm Milk.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
Oil 2 bread pans.
Divide dough in half and place into the pans. Put pans into the oven and cover with a kitchen towel.
After
1 hour
, remove the cloth and increase the temperature to
400°F.
Bake for
25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from pans and allow to cool on a wire rack.
