INSTRUCTIONS
Make the patties.
In a large bowl, combine Ground Beef, Breadcrumbs, Egg, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic and Onion Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper. Mix gently and form into thick, oval patties. Over-mixing will make them tough and chewy.
Add Diced Onion and Potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker. Place patties on top in a layer.
Mix the gravy.
In a Bowl, whisk together Beef Broth, Gravy Mix, Worcestershire Sauce, and Ketchup. Pour over the patties and potatoes.
Cook.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until Potatoes are fork tender and patties are cooked through.
Thicken (optional).
If you prefer thicker gravy, stir in Cornstarch slurry during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
Serve.
Spoon extra gravy over the patties and potatoes after plating.
