INGREDIENTS
2lb.Yukon Gold Potatoes - peeled and sliced
2large Yellow Onions - thinly sliced
3Tbsp.Butter - melted
2Tbsp.EVOO
1tsp.Salt
1tsp.Black Pepper
1tsp.Garlic Powder
½tsp.Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice Potatoes into thick rounds.
Add Potatoes and Onions to slow cooker.
Pour melted Butter and Oil into pot.
Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Paprika.
Stir gently to evenly coat everything.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours until Potatoes are fork tender. Gently stir after 2 1/2 hours.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
This works best with Yukon Golden Potatoes but you may substitute with whatever you have on hand.You can never add too much Butter.Try crumbling Bacon Bits on each serving as you plate it.
