INGREDIENTS

Boiled Potatoes

Eggs
½
cup
Greek Yogurt
½
tsp.
Baking Powder
½
tsp.
Salt

Egg Yolk
Sesame Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Oven to
350°F.
Mash
COLD Potatoes,
add Eggs, Yogurt, and Baking Powder.
Gently fold into soft dough.
Do Not Overwork
dough.
Form into balls and place on Parchment paper lined Baking Sheet, spaced apart to allow for expansion.
Brush with Egg Yolk and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
Allow to rise (proof) then bake until golden brown
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Use a cold Boiled Potato for better texture
Store in an airtight container up to 3 days
