INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray
1pkg. Pizza Dough - 14.1 oz.
½cupPizza Sauce
½cupMozzarella Cheese - slices or shredded, divided
24slicesPepperoni - thinly sliced
12Mini Meatballs - fully cooked
2Green Bell Peppers - julienned and chopped
1Egg - for wash
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400° F
using Cooking Spray, grease the inside of one regular size muffin tin and the outside of another.
Lay the pizza dough on the muffin tin that is sprayed on the inside. Use the other muffin tin to press on top of the dough to make pockets.
Add a teaspoon of Pizza Sauce to each pocket followed by a teaspoon of Mozzarella. Next add two Pepperoni slices and then a Meatball. Place slices of Peppers around the meatball and sprinkle with the remaining Mozzarella.
Using a pizza cutter, cut into 12 squares. Loosely pull the corners of each toward the center of each square and press to seal in the middle.
Brush with the egg wash, then sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Italian Seasoning.
Place in a 400°F oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
