INGREDIENTS

Sliced very Thin

Cheddar Cheese

Butter
Salt and Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté Onions in the skillet until translucent
Divide the Beef into 8 Patties and season with Salt and Pepper.
Cook Patties in a hot skillet for1 - 2 minutes per side until browned and cooked through smashing each flat with a spatula.-
Place a slice of Cheddar on each patty and let it melt.
Butter one side of each Bread slice.
Assemble onto a rimmed baking sheet using 2 patties per sandwich, adding sautéd onions on the Patties.
Toast in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and the cheese is fully melted.
Serve hot.
