INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to
375°F
. Grease baking dish.
Spread Hash Browns evenly. Sprinkle Ham, Onion, Mushrooms, and Green Bell Pepper over the top.
Add Cheese: Distribute Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese evenly.
Mix Egg Custard: Whisk Eggs, Milk, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Paprika until combined.
Pour egg mixture over casserole. Press gently to settle.
Bake for 40–45 minutes
, until set and golden.
Let rest for 5–10 minutes
. Garnish with Green Onions.
Notes
Add or substitute Sausage or Bacon for Ham.
Add Spinach or Zucchini for additional vegetables.
Serve with toast or a green salad.
