Large Skillet with Deep Sides and Lid
INGREDIENTS

Ground Beef

Butter

Onion

finely chopped

Garlic

tsp.
Black Pepper

tsp.
Italian Herbs

tsp.
Red Pepper Flakes

(optional)

Chicken Broth

cups
Penne Pasta
1
cup
Heavy Cream
¼
cup
Mozzarella Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, crumble and brown Beef over medium high heat
(about 10 minutes)
.
Add the Onions to the pan and sauté until the Onions are translucent
(2 minutes)
.
Add a Tbsp. of Butter and the minced Garlic and cook until Garlic is fragrant
(30 seconds)
.
Season with Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, and optional Pepper Flakes. Mix well to combine.
Add Chicken Broth and bring to a boil.
Add raw Pasta and simmer for about
10 minutes
until Pasta is al Denté.
Add Heavy Cream and simmer for an
additional minute
.
Turn off heat. Sprinkle Cheese over mixture. Cover and let the Cheese melt for
another minute
.
Uncover. Add chopped Chives on top as a garnish and Serve.
