INGREDIENTS

B/S Chicken Breasts or Thighs

Butter

divided

EVOO
1
Small Onion

diced (optional)

Cloves
Garlic

minced

Garlic Powder
1
tsp.
Onion Powder
1
tsp.
Italian Seasoning
1
tsp.
Salt
½
tsp.
Black Pepper

Chicken Broth
1 ½
cups
Milk or Half-And-Half
8
oz
Egg Noodles
-
uncooked
Optional: Parsley, Parmesan, or Red Pepper Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 Tbsp. Butter and Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add Chicken and season with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper. Cook until no pink remains.
DO NOT OVERCOOK.
Add diced Onion (if using) and cook
2 to 3 minutes
until softened.
Stir in minced Garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add the uncooked Egg Noodles, Chicken Broth, and Milk, making sure Noodles are fully covered with liquid. Stir well.
Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for
8 to 10 minutes
, stirring occasionally, until Noodles are tender.
Stir in remaining Butter to finish the Noodles. Simmer
1 to 2 minutes
to melt Butter and thicken slightly.
Garnish with Parsley or Parmesan and serve warm.
