INGREDIENTS
1sheetPizza Dough
1cupMozzarella Cheese - shredded
½cupParmesan Cheese - grated
3Tbsp.Butter - melted
3clovesGarlic - minced
½tsp.Italian Seasoning
½tsp.Salt
½tsp.Black Pepper
1Tbsp.Parsley - finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll the Pizza Dough into a rectangle.
Melt Butter in a small sauce pan and mix with Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, and Italian Seasoning.
Brush the Garlic Butter over the Pizza Dough. Reserve a bit for final brushing on top.
Sprinkle cheese evenly on the sheet of dough.
Roll the Pizza Dough tightly into a log.
Slice into rolls, place on a greased baking sheet, and lightly brush with reserved butter.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden. Watch carefully. Too brown can make them too crusty.
Garnish with finely chopped Parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Optional: Add a thin layer of cooked, ground Sausage or thinly sliced Pepperoni for a pizza twist or add chopped Ham for a great "Ham and Cheese" rollup before rolling into a log.
