INGREDIENTS
1Can Pillsbury Pizza Dough - thin or regular
3Tbsp.Butter - melted
Salt and Pepper - to taste
1tsp.Garlic Powder
1tsp.Italian Seasoning
¼CupParmesan Cheese - grated
1 ½CupsMozzarella Cheese - shredded
Marinara Sauce - optional for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Roll out the the Pizza Dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to a thin rectangle.
Brush with melted Butter using a pastry brush. Roll flat and thin to the edges.
Season it with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Italian Seasoning.
Spread both Cheeses evenly on top.
Bake on the center rack of the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked all the way through.
Garnish with Dried Parsley and slice into narrow strips about an inch wide by your desired length using a rotary Pizza slicer.
Serve warm!
Notes
For a truly fabulous variation, add your favorite cooked meat or veggie on top of the Parmesan and under the Mozzarella Cheese before baking. Be sure to chop the additions very small.
