1cupCheddar Cheese - shredded
½cupBreadcrumbs
¼cupParmesan Cheese - grated
¼cupFresh Parsley - chopped
1large Egg
2clovesGarlic - minced
1tsp.Onion Powder
1tsp.Salt
½tsp.Black Pepper
½tsp.Paprika
¼tsp.Cayenne Pepper - optional
1Tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1Tbsp.EVOO

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat the baking dish with spray cooking oil.
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the Ground Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Parsley, Egg, Garlic, Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, and Cayenne Pepper. Add the Worcestershire Sauce. Don't overwork the mixture. That will make it stiff and dry.
Divide mixture into fourths. Shape burgers into rounds ~ 1" thick. Arrange on a baking dish and drizzle lightly with EVOO.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the burgers are fully cooked and evenly browned with crispy edges and bubbling cheese.
