INGREDIENTS
1loafFrozen White Bread Dough - thawed (1 pound)
6Tbsp.Butter - melted
1Tbsp.Dried Parsley
1tsp.Garlic Powder
¼tsp.Garlic Salt
Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese (Optional) - shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine the Butter, Parsley, Garlic Powder and Garlic Salt into a well blended mixture.
Roll out the thawed Dough into a rectangle about 1/2" thick. Using a Pizza Cutter, cut it into 1" square pieces.
Dip each piece into the Butter mixture and layer into a greased 5" x 9" loaf pan. Optional: Sprinkle the shredded Cheese on the bread as you layer, getting it on and between the pieces.
Cover and allow to rise until doubled.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, if using.
Notes
Extra Seasonings: Mix 1 Tbsp. of Pesto into the mixture to for a fresh flavor.Add crushed Red Pepper Flakes for a touch of heat.Add extra Garlic Powder for even more savory flavor.
