INGREDIENTS
1 ½lb.Beef Stew Meat
½lb.Mushrooms - sliced
1can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1packet Onion Soup Mix
½cupBeef Broth
Salt & Pepper - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add Beef Stew Meat to the slow cooker.
Mix Mushrooms, Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Onion Soup Mix, and Beef Broth in a medium bowl.
Pour mixture over the Beef. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
