Salt, Pepper, Paprika, and Cumin

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown the Ground Beef in a Lg. Skillet. Remove any excess fat.
Add the Chopped Onion and Minced Garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the Diced Potatoes, Pasta, Diced Tomatoes, Beef Broth, and Seasonings.
Cover and simmer the mixture until the Potatoes are tender and the Pasta is cooked.
Sprinkle Shredded Cheese over the top and cover until melted.
Serve hot.
Notes
The type of Pasta and Cheese
is left to you.
Our favorites are regular Spaghetti or small Elbows and grated Parmesan or shredded Cheddar.
