INGREDIENTS

Ground Beef

Cabbage

medium Onion

chopped

cloves
Garlic

Diced Tomatoes

with juices

Bouillon Powder

tsp.
Cumin

Smoked Paprika

tsp.
Cayenne Pepper

Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown Ground Beef
(5 to 7 minutes).
Push Beef to the side. Add Onion and cook until soft, then stir in Garlic.
Add Diced Tomatoes and all seasonings. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer
5 minutes.
Fold in chopped Cabbage. Cover and cook
10 to 15 minutes
until tender, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm.
Notes
Top with shredded cheese or sour cream for extra richness.
Stores well in the refrigerator.
