INGREDIENTS

Onion

chopped

Garlic

Sauce
1
cup
Sour Cream
1
can
Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1
tsp.
Worcestershire Sauce
1
tsp.
Paprika
Salt and Pepper

to taste
Extras

Cheddar Cheese

shredded

Tbsp.
Olive Oil

cup
cooked Rice

Breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to
350° F.
and grease a baking dish.
In a skillet, sauté the Onions in Oil until soft. Then add Garlic and continue cooking until it's fragrant.
Add Beef, cook until browned, drain fat.
Stir in Worcestershire, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, and Cabbage. Cook until Cabbage is slightly softened.
Mix Sour Cream and Mushroom Soup in a bowl.
Add cooked Rice to Beef mixture (Optional).
Layer half Beef mix in a baking dish, add half sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with Cheese (and Breadcrumbs if using).
Cover with foil and
bake 25 minutes
, then uncover and
bake 15 to 20 minutes
until golden.
Allow to rest 5 minutes, then serve.
Notes
Add Chili Flakes for a little heat.
Substitute Turkey for lighter fare.
Freezes well.
