These Bacon Cheddar Potatoes, topped with cheese and bacon, are really easy and so very delicious.

INGREDIENTS

Baby Potatoes

sliced in half lengthwise

Onion

diced

tsps.
Seasoned Salt

tsp.
Garlic Salt
2
cups
Three Cheese Blend
-
shredded

Tbsp.
Butter (Salted)
-
cubed

cup
Bacon (thin sliced)
-
cooked and crumbled

Green Onion
-
sliced - for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Spray a 9"x9" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine sliced Potatoes, Onion, Seasoned Salt, and Garlic Salt. Stir until the potatoes are thoroughly coated.
Pour mixture into baking dish. Dot the top of the potatoes with cubed butter.
Bake for
30 minutes (
uncovered) or until potatoes are
fork tender.
Top with Cheese and Bacon.
Return to oven, uncovered, until cheese is melted
(8-10 minutes).
Top with a sprinkle of Green Onions before serving.
Notes
Potatoes are
Fork Tender
when a potato can be easily pierced with a fork yet still retain its shape.
