1Tbsp.EVOO
4ClovesGarlic - Minced
3Tbsp.Flour
1CupChicken Broth
1CupLow-Fat Milk
¾CupFreshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
½tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, 1 minute. Sprinkle with flour, and whisk to combine. Saute for another minute, stirring occasionally.
Slowly add Broth, whisking to combine until smooth. Whisk in Milk, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for another minute until thickened.
Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Salt, and Pepper until the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
