INGREDIENTS

Bone-in Chicken Legs &/or Thighs

Onion finely chopped
-
large - finely chopped

Mushroom Pieces

8 oz.

Tomato Paste
-
6 oz.

Tbs
Oil

tsp
Salt
½
tsp
Pepper
2 ½
Tbs
Paprika

Smoked or Sweet

Heavy Cream

(Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat pot/pan with
Oil.
Brown
Chicken
parts on all sides and remove from pot, covering with foil.
Add
Onion
, and
Mushrooms
to pot.
Sauté until
Onions
are translucent.
Add
Tomato Paste, Paprika, Salt,
and
Pepper.
Blend to meld flavors.
Place
Chicken
back in pot.
Add just enough
water
to cover
Chicken
and bring back to a simmer.
Cook until
Chicken
is cooked through (about
45 minutes
).
165° F Internal Temp
.
Water will decrease to about 1/4 of the original volume.
Add
Heavy Cream
and stir to combine. (Optional)
