¼cupBourbon
¼cupBrown Sugar - packed
⅓cupKetchup
1Tbsp.White Vinegar
1Tbsp.Hot Sauce
¼tsp.Cayenne Pepper
¼tsp.Garlic Powder
1Tbsp.Honey
2Tbsp.Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the Bourbon, Brown Sugar, Ketchup, White Vinegar, Hot Sauce, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Honey, and Butter together in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until the mixture begins to bubble.
Reduce heat to low and gently simmer, whisking occasionally, until the sauce thickens to the desired consistency, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Notes
This yields a Medium Heat Wing Sauce that is sticky and finger-lickin' good.Add more or less Pepper and Hot Sauce to adjust heat.
