Dough:

Butter

Sour Cream

Baking Powder
Filling:
½
Cup
Walnuts

(chopped fine)
½
Cup
Fruit Marmalade
-
(prune or apricot)
Powdered Sugar
-
(for dusting)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a bowl, add softened butter, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Beat for 3 minutes.
Add flour and baking powder and
knead for 3 minutes.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate
40 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into 3 pieces.
Roll each piece into a 10-inch circle, using a dinner plate and knife to trim edges.
Cut disk into 8 equal wedges.
Spread marmalade over surface of dough and sprinkle with walnuts .
Starting from the wide end of each long triangle, roll up and press on the pointy end to seal.
Move to baking sheet and
bake for 20 -25 minutes.
Dust with Powdered Sugar before serving.
