INGREDIENTS

Lg. Baking Potatoes

EVOO
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Parmesan Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Scrub and cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Trim off pointy ends, Blot the cut surfaces with a paper towel, then put into Bowl.
Add oil and coat evenly. Place wedges into Fryer basket on parchment paper, cut sides up in a single layer. Sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
Air fry for 15 minutes at 360°F.
Fork test and if fork tender
increase the temperature to 400°F
and fry for
another 7 minutes.
Serve plain or with Sour Cream and add Salt And Pepper if desired.
