Large Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS

Turkey (White and Dark Meat Leftovers)

cut to bite sized chunks

cups
Celery

Chopped

Tbsp.
Onion
-
Minced
½
cup
Almonds or Walnuts
-
Chopped
½
tsp.
Salt
2
Tbsp.
Lemon Juice
½
Cup
Medium Cheddar Cheese
-
Shredded
½
Cup
Potato Chips
-
Crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Mix together everything but the cheese and chips.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake for
15 minutes.
Spread with shredded cheese and crushed potato chips and bake for additional
5 minutes.
