Potato Wedges
Golden, crispy potato wedges tossed in garlic, herbs, and melted Parmesan. A great side dish for any entrée.Difficulty: Beginner
Equipment
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Rimmed Baking Sheet
INGREDIENTS…
- 4 Potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Salt & Pepper - (Optional, to taste)
- Parsley - for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Wash and cut Potatoes into Wedges
- In a large mixing bowl, toss Potatoes with Oil, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
- Spread on a rimmed baking tray. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle with parmesan for the last 10 minutes
- Garnish with Parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Keep the kitchen cool and use your Air Fryer to bake these delicious wedges. 375°F for 15 Minutes or until fork tender.
